This is the first post, I created this for all the members of PCCE to find recipes, tips and tricks that we discuss on our yahoogroup. In the future, you will be able to find recipes, menu planning information, holiday menu information and more here. You can also post requests for recipes or ideas for meals or menus. I will do my best to help you find what you are searching for. I will be setting up chats for the group in the yahoogroups PCCE chatroom in the future.
